To be managed by the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS). An academic and Research focused institution that trains health care professionals and is a Training Centre for Implementation Research. This work package will provide coordination and effective leadership to assure overall project implementation and monitoring progress towards the stated objectives.

Work Package One (WP1) is responsible for coordination and effective leadership to assure overall project implementation and monitoring progress towards the objectives of the SAVING consortium. The various work package leads form a management team to support the core team. Appropriately designated individuals from the partner institutions of the SAVING consortium constitute the Advisory Committee.

Statutory annual partner meetings and regular teleconferences of these bodies will enhance close institutional collaboration at a high level:

1. A data management sub-committee formed to ensure the proper management of data to be generated from the different studies to be conducted by Work package 3 and 4 emanating from the capacity building efforts of Work Package 2.

2. A communication sub-committee also formed to ensure that key local and international stakeholders are regularly updated on information generated from the Consortium.
